As a member of the Sales Team you are responsible for the success of jobs.lu and our customers! You sell the jobs.lu products to any kind of companies, bringing job seekers and employers together. 

We are currently seeking an ambitious and experienced Business Manager with a solid track record in sales. The ideal candidate should have an hunter mindset, possess a hands-on attitude, out-of-the-box mentality, be results-focused, and have exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and negotiate with prospects and customers at all levels.

  • Hunt new business, ensuring effective collaboration and achievement of targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and create innovative solutions.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Results oriented and stress-resistant.
  • Proficiency in French, German and English (Luxembourgish a plus).
  • Knowledge of Luxembourg's business landscape and regulations.
