About this role:

As part of an international and extensively growing eCommerce company, you as our new Senior Field Sales Representative have the chance to shape the market and help Takeaway.com to achieve success in this region. Your focus will be to proactively acquire best clients in town, maintain quality relationships with new and existing restaurants and be the face of Takeaway.com. Convince restaurants with an own delivery service or via our own logistic service to join our platform whilst maintaining a high-quality restaurant base;

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

• Search for most trendy new business opportunities (leads) in the field and collaborate on this with the lead researcher in the team
• Relationship management with our partners in Brussels
• Build tailored-made deals for strategic and key partners
• You are responsible for achieving the aimed targets
• Work independently and use your own initiative;
• Present our merchandise to the restaurants and the benefits of acquiring these items
• Work and communicate closely with your Sales admin colleagues as well as with your Team lead who are located in our Brussels office
• Be aware of the market developments in the food delivery industry and you map these development

What will you bring to the table?

• +2 years experience in field sales or experience in a comparable position with B2B sales experience
• Knowledge of and affinity with the meal delivery and hospitality market
• An optimistic, flexible and self-motivated person who is result-oriented, structured and takes responsibility for your work
• Work independently, assertive and be able to use your own initiative
• A great team player
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English. Dutch is a plus
• Knowledge of Google Drive, Ms Office and CRM
• Ideally you live in Brussels or in a close vicinity
• And of course, someone who enjoys achieving results and likes to celebrate them
